How do I order products from the Hotel-eshop.ro website?
1. Selecting the desired products
Find the desired product(s) by accessing the menu on the left side of each page.
View the size options on the right side of the product image and select your preferred option.
Add the product to the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button.
2. Placing the order
View the shopping cart in the upper-right corner of the website; if you do not want to add another product, choose to complete the order by clicking the “Pay” button.
If you have a customer account on the website, log in; if you do not have an account, you must create one.
Choose the delivery method:

- For orders over 999 lei, delivery is FREE!
- For orders up to 999 lei, shipping costs vary depending on the volume and weight of the products.
We deliver throughout Romania and Europe. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Free shipping on orders over 300 RON. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure that the premium hotel linens arrive in perfect condition.
The quilted spring-summer quilts are made with Finessa 100% hypoallergenic, siliconized polyester wadding panels weighing 200 g/m² and 100% cotton Crepe fabric that is wrinkle-resistant.
These quilts are lightweight and comfortable, washable and hypoallergenic, successfully replacing old wool or polyester blankets.
ADVANTAGES:
- They are easy to care for and can be cleaned on-site in a washing machine while retaining their appearance for a long time.
- They are an excellent alternative to goose down because they are extremely lightweight and allow air to circulate.
- They ensure restful sleep because they are lightweight yet fluffy, thanks to their manufacturing process.
