How do I order products from the Hotel-eshop.ro website?
1. Selecting the desired products
Find the desired product(s) by accessing the menu on the left side of each page.
View the size options on the right side of the product image and select your preferred option.
Add the product to the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button.
2. Placing the order
View the shopping cart in the upper-right corner of the website; if you do not want to add another product, choose to complete the order by clicking the “Pay” button.
If you have a customer account on the website, log in; if you do not have an account, you must create one.
Choose the delivery method:

- For orders over 999 lei, delivery is FREE!
- For orders up to 999 lei, shipping costs vary depending on the volume and weight of the products.
We deliver throughout Romania and Europe. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Free shipping on orders over 300 RON. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure that the premium hotel linens arrive in perfect condition.
Satin Roma consists of 50% cotton and 50% polyester, with a 4x1 twill weave and full yarn. The fabric is mercerized and compact, with a pleasant hand and sheen, a soft finish and a silky appearance, anti-pilling, sanforized (maximum shrinkage after washing: 3%), with a fabric weight of 155 g/m².
Satin Roma benefits from easy-care treatment for easy maintenance.
The pillowcases and duvet cover have flap-envelope closures.

Find out what size your bed linen should be!
First of all, measure the mattress, duvet and pillows: width x length x height
The right bed linen should have a sheet at least 30 cm longer on each side to cover the mattress.
The duvet must be at least 200 cm long and at least 20 cm wider than the mattress you use.
Follow the instructions for the material from which the bed linens are made to preserve the fabric's properties for as long as possible
