How do I order products from the Hotel-eshop.ro website?
1. Selecting the desired products
Find the desired product(s) by accessing the menu on the left side of each page.
View the size options on the right side of the product image and select your preferred option.
Add the product to the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button.
2. Placing the order
View the shopping cart in the upper-right corner of the website; if you do not want to add another product, choose to complete the order by clicking the “Pay” button.
If you have a customer account on the website, log in; if you do not have an account, you must create one.
Choose the delivery method:

- For orders over 999 lei, delivery is FREE!
- For orders up to 999 lei, shipping costs vary depending on the volume and weight of the products.
We deliver throughout Romania and Europe. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Free shipping on orders over 300 RON. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure that the premium hotel linens arrive in perfect condition.
The white four-season duvet consists of two duvets: one with a weight of 400 g/m² T/I
and one with a weight of 200 g/m² P/V. The two duvets are joined with snaps along all four sides. They can be used together or separately.
This duvet is the optimal solution for year-round use.
